Working time : 8 : 00 - 17 : 00 ( Holidays : 1st Saturday work & 03 Saturday off)
Shuttle bus Pickup location : Dist 1 / Binh Phuoc / Becamex Tower
Salary : 1.000 - 1.300 USD (Gross - don't have bonus or commission )
Be responsible of oversea customers (Malaysia, Australia, Pakistan, Philippine..) by following up Monthly Sale TurnOver Achievement.
Target to achieve budget by increasing number of project (existing customers) or find new customers Frequently travel to customer for price negotiation, quality complaint as well as project development-
Manage project well, to make sure the project be on track, be progressing without any delay- Report to Sale Manager / General Director every week for Sale ActivitiesNote : successful applicant would be trained at Production&Technical in few weeks to obtain basic knowledge of how product is made as well as technical
Weekend : 04 Sundays and 02 - 03 Saturday off.
Yearly bonus : Follow up company rule and business actual every year.
Holiday leave pay end of year ( 12 days if no use annual leave )
Yearly salary review in Jan every year
Compulsory insurance as labour law
Company tour / party : 1-2 times / year
Male, 30-35 years old
Education : University Graduate, Major : Economic / Business Administration or relate field
Language : English (Upper-Intermediate Level) - (use communicate with clien)
Experience : At least 3 years of sales experience for foreign customers (B2B) at the manufacturing company, prefer the same industry.
Can go on a long-term business trip abroad (7 - 15 days / month)
Communication&Negotiation Skills - Ability to obtain correct information, get Win-Win in negotiation with customer
Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Problem Solving - Understand the importance of prioritization and order of precedence in problem solving
