You will be responsible for :
Prospecting leads and identifying key business partners for Ninja Van. Ensuring merchants base on requirement Ninja Van's development
Establishing contact and conducting sales meetings with key decision makers to
convince them to join Ninja Van
Conducting necessary follow-up to ensure order process completion from merchants
Actively using the company’s CRM system
Prospecting management prospecting, pitching, overcoming objections, and closing
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have :
1 years plus of sales experience preferable in e-commerce (though not mandatory)
University bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
Understanding of CRM management, systematic selling techniques, and sales funnel management
Proven ability to exceed previous sales KPIs
KPI-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of Logistic
Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
Fluency in Vietnamese (native) and mastery of English (reading / writing / speaking) is plus
