About This Job :
The job holder will assist andmanage relationships and follow-up sales volumes in the targeted channelpartners and customers along with CRM & GTM objectives to achieve salesterritory target.
Create and develop grower solutions based on customerrequirements and where appropriate align with the grower to the channel.
Essential Knowledge &Experience :
To create market demand in distribution channel / targeted retailers by offering and innovative crop solutions to deliver customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure desirable distribution coverage.
To support and implement sales, marketing and promotion activities in cooperation with Area Sales Manager to achieve the agreed annual sales target as an individual and team target.
To contribute in formulating the field activities on company products in compliance with KAM plan, CRM and GTM strategy to strengthen company market leader position in agrochemical sector.
To coordinate and support marketing and technical departments in developing new product application to ensure successful launch of the new products / projects.
To build rapport and foster the customer relation at all levels to ensure the customers satisfaction and loyalty to strengthen the long-
term business partnership.
To build rapport and foster the relationship with related authorities and influencers to push the application of new / advanced crop solutions.
To generate a deep understanding of key market drivers, monitor and anticipate their evolution to assess and grasp business opportunities better and faster than competitors.
To provide feedback from the field regarding market intelligence; crops and market dynamics; new opportunities and competitors’ activities to improve marketing plan and activities.
To closely work with marketing and technical teams to ensure on successful launching of new products / projects.
To apply and adapt contribute in formulating the GTM strategies creatively and effectively to reinforce sales target achievement.
To maximize the given resources to deliver an effective field activities program and ensure the balance of sales / expenses ration vs. field activities.
To ensure that all sales activities are compliance with COC, HSE / Q standard and policy.
To build / develop database on request of ASM.
To demonstrate technical selling skill and product knowledge to give effective presentation.
Preferred Knowledge &Experience :
Understanding in Basic agri-business to develop and well plan sales strategy.
Good knowledge of products, crops in order to create demand and deliver benefits to customers.
Good knowledge of Agri-market development to consult the channel partners to achieve KAM target.
Good understanding of Syngenta CRM & GTM strategy to fulfil customer need and offer crop solution
English communication and basic computer application for better personal development.
Fast moving and creativities to move ahead competitors in the dynamic marketing environment.
Good knowledge of sales and marketing with adequate technical background of crops, crop protection and their application.
In-depth knowledge of the business and the key drivers in leveraging channel partners and grower customers.
Good knowledge of distribution channel and the competitive environment.
Proven track record of sell.
