Generate comprehensive MIS to Senior Management for Fraud and ABC monitoring / management activities and ensure fraud risk is under control and well mitigated.
Conduct special investigations / forensics, esp. staff fraud / misconduct.
2. Key responsibilities
Monitor / Review :
To provide oversight over Fraud and ABC related matters included but not limited to consultation, review, challenge and monitor the related risks.
To develop more early warning indicators to prevent or detect frauds
To develop more preventive and detective controls on fraud risk management
Training : to provide training on fraud and ABC related matters to PVA human resources.
Advisory : to provide consultation / advice for fraud and ABC related matters to Business Functions.
Reporting : to prepare, maintain and update all current FC reporting
Review and issue the compliance review reports and prepare any reporting relevant to Compliance Assurance includes tracking the progress of actionable items.
Data Analysis : to prepare and analyze periodic MIS reports and any additional internal reports required for Compliance activity
Investigation : To conduct the investigation on internal fraud cases when needed
Training and Development : Provide technical training / coaching and support / monitor development plan for the staffs.
Support Head of Financial Crimes in monitoring, developing the team as well as in other matters related to compliance and other project relevant to compliance functions as required.
Mandatory : Under-graduates in related areas (Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Audit)
Mandatory : At least 6-year experience in insurance or financial services industry
Financial Crimes / Compliance experience is preferred.
Good knowledge in the insurance / banking business
Knowledge and skill set :
Very good expertise in Excel and if possible Access, SAS
Good analytical and critical thinking
English proficiency in writing and presentation
Experience in Internal audit / forensic / Advisory would be a plus
Highly developed influencing, negotiating, decision making and presentation skills
