Job Summary :
The primary role of the position is to assist Head of Brand in planning and executing all activation activities under corporate marketing inside the department and its key stakeholders.
Individual Accountabilities :
Assist Line Manager in planning, design and production for both marketing internal and external activation while supervising all campaign’s delivery elements within provided timeline
Coordinate with Procurement colleagues in sourcing, negotiating and working with listed vendors and suppliers to optimize investment and ROI
Execute and control activation execution by agencies to ensure required quality and consistency as per company’s standard
Summarize and generate post event evaluation for all activation activities within set timing covering KPIs performance as well as cost.
Support Line Manager and team in processing internal administrative and accounting procedures required to ensure team’s smooth operation.
Job Requirement :
Degree on communications, marketing, and business
At least one year experience in the same position or equivalent in MNC
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Able to communicate with and influence people positively.
Able to solve problems effectively and have an attention to detail
Well-organized and able to multi-task
Strong passion for marketing activation
Calm under pressure
