About the role :
Limeade-Tinypulse is seeking a new Payroll Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The position will be responsible for efficient payroll, personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labour, tax compliant for the company.
Responsibilities :
MONTHLY PAYROLL PROCESS & ATTENDANCE
Manage the payroll for the whole organization to ensure all the payments are made accurately & timely
Be responsible for recording, managing, and controlling employee data, all types of leave for all employees, including annual leave, sick leave, professional development leave, personal leave, maternity leave, etc.
INSURANCE, UNION, AND PIT
Be fully responsible for all staff's compulsory social and health insurance documentation, benefit claim and reports
Be in charge of additional Health Insurance packages offered by Limeade for staff in enrollments and terminations, renew agreement and advice the employees how to claim their benefits with the insurance company
Be responsible for Personal Income Tax (PIT) matters for all employees, including compliance with Vietnamese law, processing and manage relevant documentations for PIT monthly declarations, annual tax finalization preparation, register the dependent persons of the employee and all other PIT issues.
Register tax codes, or update the employee information to the authorities if any
Manage the Union accounting and other related government procedures
Prepare documents, reports to submit / register to authorities (DOLISA and district labor dept)
Implement other tasks as assigned which are inclusive but not limited to :
Support staff events : Team building, End of Year party, etc.
Support annual health check for staff
Manage office facilities, equipment
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business, Banking with good marks for technical subjects
Have 1-2 years of experience in HR & payroll
Up-to-date knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, including the Labour Code, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Severance Allowance and Personal Income Tax
Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Detail oriented, trustworthy, careful, hard-working and well-organized
Positive work attitude, team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
