Job Description

  • Being in charge of planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, directing, controlling and evaluating all operations
  • Developing long-range plans while resolving daily crises across the entire spectrum of the department
  • Must thoroughly understand the basic principles or each component of the management system for Food and Beverage operation
  • Reaching the established budget in food cost
  • Organizing successfully all food promotions
  • Maintaining staff turnover at a reasonable level & training
  • Supervising and coordinate all menu making, pricing, food presentation, sanitation, food promoting and employee scheduling
  • Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Chef experience
  • In-depth knowledge Vietnamese cuisine
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
  • Fluent in English Environment and Context
  • Requires active physical activities
