To run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operations to boost site traffic and generate sales.
In addition, E-store Manager should work closely with the Offline Retail team to ensure sufficient stocks and support driving sales for offline stores.
E-store Manager also works closely with Operation team to manage delivery quality and Marketing team to execute e-marketing strategies and plans.
Responsible for Sale Targets of Group Brands (both Online and Offline). Create and implement online shop business plans for those brands Process daily orders Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members Manage e-store and store revenue, and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.
Manage all e-store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
Manage speed of operation service results, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service.
