  • In 3 months, you would have :

  • A good understanding of the clients and their businesses and developed a great working relationship with the Client Team
  • Gained an understanding of existing processes to ensure successful delivery of client work.

  • In 6 months, you would have :

  • Established strong team and client relationships and received great feedback from co-workers and key client contacts.

  • Delivered a solid annual plan which tackles the communication challenges.
  • Trained and further developed existing team members on basic digital skills specific to e-Commerce
  • Responsibilities of the role :

  • Work with key media partners for implementation planning. Brainstorm with internal performance team for ideation and timely execution of campaigns
  • Be the trusted advisor / to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to e-Commerce solutions from a media lens, Facebook collaborative ads, search on platform, Google Shopping.

  • Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients, across different digital platforms
  • Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
  • Develop and follow best practices and procedures / process for media planning & operations
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend / develop measurement methodology against all briefs
  • Ensure projects / campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
  • Provide guidance to the team on planning, operations, and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • To be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure all tasks are fulfilled. Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, and work processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign’s smooth implementation
  • To update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)
  • Join us if you have

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a media agency, client-side in-house team, or have worked in Digital Performance companies like e-Commerce pure-players, enablers or performance roles in new- age tech companies
  • Strong digital background with a strategic outlook
  • An analytical bent of mind who is comfortable in crunching data with MS excel and making a simple and good story through MS PowerPoint
  • Fast learner who is curious enough to pick up the latest happenings and learnings in the e-Com industry, mostly from a media perspective
  • Someone who can easily wade through a lot of data and make it simple for others to understand
  • Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, both in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in managing multiple work streams and integrating on large projects and teams
  • Someone who understands key metrics for e-Com and can help with reporting the metrics that matter (anyone who might have worked with Google Data Studio, Power BI, Datorama would be a huge plus)
  • Demonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role, with Premium Beauty experience an added advantage
  • An ability to coach and develop junior members of the team
  • Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations.
