Channel operation Specialist responsibilities are to manage channel activities and support VN Seed commercial team in executing strategy aiming for delivery of annual Sales target
Implement company’s business plan, develop, and manage channel activities both Direct Sales & indirect sales model to achieve the agreed annual sales target
Partner and collaborate with Sales, Market development team and cross functions to measure commercial effectiveness, developing & monitoring commercial processes within Syngenta
Responsible for gathering market and customer insight information, help to develop then execute channel strategy as well as seasonal commercial policies
As a partner in providing MKT service supports to Seed commercial team both in traditional campaigns & digital projects
Work as a sales analyst by evaluating and identifying trends in sales from both within company and outside
Provide admin support to ensure a smooth operation of seed within commercial team or outside functions follow assignments from Head of Seed or Channel operation manager
Assist Head of Seed and Channel Operation manager to develop the channel strategy as well as seasonal policies to ensure delivery of annual sales target
Collect then analyze the market / customer insight to support all analysis within Field crop seed business either in commercial or other enabling functions
Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends, review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources. Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success
Co-ordinate and get feedbacks from the field and market intelligence; market dynamics; new opportunities and competitors' activities to increase company’s competency.
Provide marketing service supports to commercial seed team both BTL & ATL activities including digital MKT platforms (Facebook page, Zalo, SFDC, etc )
Good understanding about Agricultural business
Strong expertise in using MS office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Deep understanding about digital solutions
Good in communication & cross functions working
Minimum 3-year experience in sales analyst or sales admin roles
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
