Leverage Recognition & Respect Culture

  • Implement recognition communication publicly in all channels and monitor recognition activities in line with the approved policy & budget
  • Implement recognizable programs to celebrate employees’ loyalty and dedication services
  • Strengthen employees’ understanding and living with Amway values

  • Implement communication & training programs to enhance employees’ awareness on Amway fundamentals & core values.
  • Design, create & implement activities to encourage employees to turn Amway values in their daily life
  • Promote staff well-being and maintain good working environment

  • Analyze staffs’ insight / expectation, plan, generate idea / concept & follow up organizing / execution all HR wellness & benefits activities / events as per approved plans & budgets (Outing, Year End Party, Amway clubs, Team Building activities, )
  • Initiate to attract the high involvement of staff in every activities / events and improve their contentment accordingly
  • Launch out survey to measure the project’s success and findings acquiring for next projects improvement
  • Understand employee relation issues for better employee relation & working environment enforcement

  • Keep up-to-date with the employee relations climate in the organization
  • Interact with employees for evaluating & addressing employee relation issues & concerns for improving better working environment & employees’ satisfaction
  • Lead internal communication across the company-wide to create the clarity environment and 2-way communication

  • Manage all internal communication channels and optimize its effectiveness
  • Make sure the content out in alignment with company strategy and communicated in the clear, concise and accurate manner
  • Conduct all internal surveys to support employee insight gaining and maintain 2-way communication environment
  • Support arising HR as assigned by direct Upline.

    Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
  • Good interpersonal, influencing communication and presentation skills
  • Good work planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to champion new initiatives
  • Good in customer service and relationship building
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, English or other related fields.
  • year experience in HR events / activities organization / internal communications
