Major Responsibility :

Job Expectations : Responsible for achieving profitable results in the assigned market segment through managing the sales team Develop and actively support the sales team through motivation, counseling, coaching, skills development and product knowledge to maintain high morale and high performance.
Develop a sales plan covering channel, accounts and territory strategies, sales forecasting & sales budgeting. Work with the Marketing teams to identify and prioritize specific customers and key accounts.
Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up Working with Key Account Manager and Marketing team for consolidating overall sales plan, sales performance of the assigned market.
