Major Responsibility :

  • Assume leadership role in accelerating profitable sales growth for Electrical markets in Vietnam. This entails formulating and implementing distribution and key accounts plan to accelerate sales growth;
  • as well as providing sales supervision and field coaching for the entire sales force.

    Job Expectations : Responsible for achieving profitable results in the assigned market segment through managing the sales team Develop and actively support the sales team through motivation, counseling, coaching, skills development and product knowledge to maintain high morale and high performance.

    Develop a sales plan covering channel, accounts and territory strategies, sales forecasting & sales budgeting. Work with the Marketing teams to identify and prioritize specific customers and key accounts.

    Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up Working with Key Account Manager and Marketing team for consolidating overall sales plan, sales performance of the assigned market.


  • Minimum 5 year experience in electrical market, esp. government projects.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in sales management role with proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
  • Experience in working with EVN and subsidiaries is an advantage
  • Able to operate in dynamic market environment
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
