JOB DESCRIPTION

What you will do - Set-up a customer service team and build an operating structure.- Develop Toss Vietnam's product by sharing and developing insights learned from the customer call with the product team.

  • Accurately and kindly address inquiries from customers via various channels.- Provide 'extraordinarily satisfying' customer service experience by completely solving difficulties that customers have.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Who you are - Someone who can smoothly communicate in English.- Someone with a mobile service customer service team set-up experience.

    It’s nice if you have - Experience in collecting customer feedback from various channels and making product improvements.
