Role : Searching, Attracting, Screening and Reporting candidates’ information is the key responsibility for Talent Acquisition at Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) Vietnam.
The position is responsible for HR professional who specializes in sourcing, identifying and hiring specific types of employees.
They are usually employed in highly competitive job markets that are rapidly growing and changing. Certain industries, such as tech, finance and health care, use talent acquisition specialists to fill important positions.
Reporting directly to : Talent Acquisition Manager
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Assist for Universities relation activities
Join in projects and tasks assign
Work Experience : BA / BS Degree
BA / BS Degree
At least 2-year experience at recruitment
Core Skill Requirement :
Customer and details oriented
Ability to collaborate effectively internally / externally
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines
Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous
MS office proficiency i.e excel, ppt, project management tools
