  • Planning and building business strategies for nationwide sales activities.
  • Implement the business objectives to achieve the setting Sales targets. Control the sales activities and the operations at the branch & region
  • Control the strategies implementation, objectives and criteria set out by the Sales Department
  • Monitor sales result, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned.
  • Orient the distribution strategy for business development and build national wide distribution systems
  • Managing & using the budget effectively to ensure the achievement of business goals
  • Lead the sales team to develop the resource plan to support key priorities and goals and lead the selling to big distributor top / middle management
  • Inspiring, motivate, coaching, develop sub-ordinate to deliver business objective & personal development plan. Courage & actively give and seek for feedback from line manager and colleagues
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Has experience and understanding Business activities of FMCG sector
  • At least 5 years' experience at the same position
  • Business acument, logic thinking, care in detail
  • Organizing, Analysis, problem solving skills
  • Management skills and team building
  • Able to work under high pressure
