KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates cooperation with existing partners :

  • Maintains existing and new digital partnerships (eWallets, eComm, repayment partners, eShops)
  • Ensures cooperation agreements are being ful-filled (contracts signing, appendixes are all valid, payments are ok, mutual deal are being followed)
  • Effective and organized planning between HC and partners ( communication with partners) + presentable materials (presentations, overviews, proposals)
  • 2. Identifies opportunities for new digital partnerships :

  • Follows trends in the market (eWallets, eComm, eShops etc.)
  • Proposes opportunity for cooperation in new segments (eComm, e Wallets, discount apps, lifestyle apps)
  • Be able to conduct a research in the market (BNPL players, eComm trends, CFC competitors) & create outputs in PPT
  • 3. Cross-team work & coordination (for new partnerships & BAU) :

  • Works with cross functional teams in HC to ensure partner implementations are on track and deliveries are according to the plan
  • Polite yet persistent (follow-up with other teams needed)
  • 4. High communication focus :

  • Internal : Must posses mature communication skills to connect other departments and ensure time-lines are being met
  • External : Partners must have a great and structured written & spoken communication skills in order to maintain and develop relationships
  • This person ''represents'' HC on the outside, needs maturity & confidence
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of project experience (any field, but must understand time-lines, roadmaps, planning)
  • Highly effective & structured communication (demonstrated in his / her last role)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (cross-team)
  • Good problem solving + can do attitude
  • Adaptability (working agile + certain independence) and be happy with it
  • Good self-management and ability to work independently (demonstrate by explaining how he / she were tracking their daily tasks)
  • Good English communication and correct grammatical writing
  • Analytical skills - ability to understand data (xls, reports, PowerBI) + basic process maps
  • Strong service mentality, can do attitude, strong drive to succeed
  • Structured and organized (in writing & communication, in meetings)
  • Willing to learn, improve and adapt new habits - flexibility
  • Customer-oriented (internal or external customer)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, organize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Focused on result
  • Highly trustworthy, persistent, hardworking
