  • Responsible the Sales target set for the business.
  • Follow up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
  • Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Meet and work with Architect on product presentation / technical recommendation and specification.
  • Prepares and presents quotation / tender and acquires customer orders.
  • Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
  • Support and implement company sales and marketing programs, and product introductions.

  • Experience : 1 year (not mandatory, candidate will be trained).
  • Knowledge about constructions fields can be an advantage.
  • Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable.
  • Fluent English skill (both oral & written).
  • Good presentation & communication skills.
  • Working full day : 8.00a.m 5.00p.m from Monday to Saturday morning.
