Place booking with carriers and send to CS team
Update daily booking report
Monitor space allocations and keep CS informed of any changes to the booking and schedule.
Follow through with all communication to the customers and agents.
Make tracking and tracing report
Receive shipping instruction from shippers and key in UFS
Update VGM and B / L on carrier’s system
Send Pre-alert to agents in timely to compliance with customs rules
Input cost and sales in UFS
Send debit note to agent
Check and follow up carrier telex release / surrender MBL, requesting free time extension to carriers
Checking and following up free house invoice
Coordination with other departments to solve the problem occurred.
Send loading report to agent
Report to Supervisor.
Bachelor Degree in Economics / Foreign Trade / International Trade,..
At least 2-3 years of experience working in ocean export, experience in routes to US and Canada is prefered.
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
English at intermediate level or above (4 skills)

Working Place : TTC Building, No#19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
Net salary : 13 months a year plus annual performance bonus
Insurance : 24 hours insurance, Social insurance at gross salary, Health Care insurance.
Working time : 8 : 00 17 : 35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)
