Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that will partner closely with our Customer Experience and Product Development team to help continue building our world-class team in Vietnam.

You will be effective in identifying great candidates, establishing trust and partnerships with managers, and owning our recruiting process from prospecting candidates to closing.

Ensuring positive candidate experience all the way through. All activities must be in compliance with VN law & Skedulo's regulations.

  • Responsibilities*
  • Consult with Leaders, Hiring Managers and People Ops team on job descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent
  • Continuously develop networks / partnerships to actively build a database / pipeline of candidates.
  • Propose ideas & solutions to improve continuously the Talent Acquisition policies and processes to show up the Company brand;
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop the Skedulo brand name in Vietnam

  • Create a meaningful candidate experience, so that candidates apply for future opportunities and are willing to promote Skedulo, even if they were not offered a position.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment websites or social networks to look for & find talented candidates, interesting profiles
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates
  • Place and update all job postings in various media including internet / intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners, internal channels...
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company / job information and interviewing applicants
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements*
  • At least 3-years of experience as Recruitment Specialist / Consultant, Talent Acquisition in Technology / IT / Software as a Service.
  • Experience building an employer brand through Marketing, events, workshops, recruitment days, career fairs.
  • English proficiency is a must as the role requires regular communication with our regional offices
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), G-Suite
  • Experience with an ATS e.g Workable, Greenhouse, Lever
  • Preferred Requirements*
  • Having headhunting experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, soft skills, negotiation & critical thinking skills; You are clear, approachable, and friendly;
  • Communication style with positive customer service and solutions-focused mindset

  • Be result-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated, self-discipline, open mindset, time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • High responsibility & ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge on how to treat and keep prospective contacts engaged
