To assist, liaise and coordinate business development initiatives and activities within sub-business lines covering :
To maintain pipeline and generate business leads by contacting potential partners to explore opportunities.
To screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials and evaluating options.
Work closely with department’s operational teams, contracts & procurement service, accounting service and people & performance to coordinate deal requirements, draw up and integrate the requirements.
Prepare proposals, presentation slides & documents
Assist and attend pitch presentations and clarification meetings and eventually negotiating contracts to a close, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal polices and legal obligations are met.
Presentations after office hours and over weekends will be expected.
To establish, maintain and engage other cross-business lines e.g. office services, industrial services, valuation, capital market & investment services and project management for department’s business opportunities.
Maintain and update all marketing templates, marketing collaterals, capability statements, track records, etc.
Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive offerings and new development ideas.
To keep abreast of competitor activities and recommend any necessary tactical action.
To constantly develop and maintain relationships with both potential and existing clients and partners.
Good knowledge of marketing tools & material is a plus.
At least 2 years experience in the similar role in multinational commercial property / real estate company.
Ability to use MS. Office (Word, Excel); Outlook Express; Power Point; Reporting preparation and edition (PDF, PNG, etc.),
Professional dress, good manner.
Have knowledge of property stipulations and relating laws
