The Role

As the Product Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team in Vietnam and the team in Tokyo to create and implement the strategy and product roadmap to realise the accelerated growth of platform.

Your responsibilities will include :

Leading the standardization and automation of the operational workflow inside / outside the company to secure the scalability of platform

Finding and creating the concept of new product through the coordination with software engineer and business personnel inside the company

Planning and conducting research from strategic point of view and sharing the outcome and implication with the team and organization

Setting and implementing business plan

Monitoring the key milestones of project and following up the progress to achieve the goals according to the business plan

Maintaining and improving the quality of products to sustain the business operation and improve the satisfaction of product users

Proposing innovative ideas and concepts to the teams in Japan and collaborate together to develop the products that can scale globally

Requirements :

You have an experience in a project management role and have achieved the planned goals and targets through KPI management or similar business management index

You have a professional experience in either of following;

1) Professional experience as software engineer

2) Project management role in any product development

3) Any experience in leading the improvement of quality or features of existing software products
