Develop marketing strategies, plans, define content USP, message, create plans in
detail and execute to achieve goals above. Act as project owner, taking care of all
aspects of campaign execution including creative idea, channels utilization, content creation and logistics
Grow user awareness, engagement, interest of new contents & events
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, design, video editing, code,
legal, purchase...) and / or with external resources (production house, agency, KOLs, social Facebook / YouTube channel, artists, cosplayers...) to bring campaigns,
programs and assets to life visually.
Provide an analytical and KPI-oriented after event report, with findings and lesson
Common tasks are to manage campaigns, generate website ideas & logic,
copywriting, art direction, video production (various types), booking KOLs & other
Recruit, manage & train intern / collaborator marketing staff.
