Establish sales and marketing strategy to achieve sales target and execute plans for all new and existing customers.
Maintain existing distributors, dealers and open new ones.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
Prepare monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team.
Prepare order processing in ERP system and Sales quotations.
Manage team for 5 staffs
Travel within the South of Vietnam and provinces.
