Strategic purpose of the position
Work in assigned areas to develop outlets by driving quality distribution & build brand image at point of sales

Support surtained channel manager to implement the channel activities in the right outlet in a timely manner
Work closely with brand team & sales team in term of POSM, outlet selection to deploy activity to outlet or consumer OTIF.
Implement and track trade marketing activities vs. volume performance at targeted outlets, as capture key learnings and improvement
Manage Asset, POSM generic & POSM tailor made to drive proper image at the point of sales.
Manage allocated budget / resource to make sure deliver business objectives and well as possitive ROI at outlet level.
Understand and share outlet and consumer insights as supplement to building trade actrivities.
Point person for all in outlet trade activities

Personal qualifications / competencies
Enthusiastic and having passion with MONT environment with an ambitious to develop his / her career path in CBVN.
Ability to work under timeline, multi tasks pressure and cost optimize.
