1. Collect and analysis sales data for reporting sales situation of every brand :
Collecting and update sales data of MT and CVS customer from admin team in every day.
Exporting sales data of MT channel from company’s system.
Analysising sales data available to give weekly detailed plan, monthly detailed plan for reminding PIC on distribution situation :
Store coverage of each MT / CVS customer and ask sales to visite.
Visit and Collect the display of each store by picture, and ask to improve as plan.
Control the inventory of each store, and ask to update if any.
Active stores by PO we received.
2. Find out the problems in sales operation and suggest the suitable solution to improve management :
Based on the analysis to make the weekly report of problem on selling, delivering, stock, coverage at store and give the suggestion to solve problem.
Based on the problem with evidence to give the action plan with timeline, person in charge to improving sales volum and management in accordance with brand.
Give process, form, evaluation for managing the progress of each item and confirm the final result until each item completed.
3. Manage and control all activities of business activities of Ferrero brand :
Collect and work with brand on sales plan, promotion lan, display plan, activation plan in accordance and make the action to sales team.
Monitor the plan and check the evidence inplemted at store, instruct sales to implement requested by brand.
Monitor, provide supports in improving skills of Sales Team.
Take the training based on requirements from Company and Supplier.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn / Education background :
Đại học / Cao đẳng / Chuyên ngành QTKD / MKT / Kinh Tế / University / College with the Business Administration / Marketing / Economic major.
2. Kinh nghiệm / Working Experience :
Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý sales, quản lý hoạt động sales MT / GT / At least 03 years of experiences in the sales admin management position / Sales operation management for MT / GT Channel.
3. Năng lực / Competency :
Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu bán hàng / sales data analyzing skill.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp B hoặc trở lên / English Communication B or over.
Kỹ năng hoạch định / Planning skills.
4. Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề / Problem solving skills.
