You will be part of our Recruitment department located in Ho Chi Minh City to recruit talents for our Group. Your main functions will include, but not limited to :
Coordination of the recruitment process :
Responsible for the recruitment process
Pre-selection interviews through phone calls
Follow-up of the recruitment process
Direct approach :
Direct approach and promotion of Amaris on job boards & social networks
Development of a network and creation of a portfolio of candidates
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Follow-up :
Active participation in the recruitment meetings
Weekly reporting of your activity
Innovation of the recruitment process :
Benchmark of the recruitment process
Benchmark of the financial innovation function

Our ideal candidates
From 1 to 3 years of direct experience in recruitment and fluency in English
You have a previous successful experience in recruitment and are interested in the Consulting world in IT or Engineering via recruitment approach
You act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients thanks to the knowledge you gained on markets’ business situation, positions, and technologies
You are curious and have a proactive mindset
You have a background in recruitment or sales
An entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset would be appreciated : to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact
Your expertise will allow your clients to maximize their chances in quickly finding the best talent and fit for their needs;
