The job incumbent will be responsible for creating content for MKT & Product.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the MKT team, Designer lead to help define and co-create content strategies across UI-UX, Digital social & offline media.
  • Conceptualise ideas that are fresh and work collaboratively to bring these to life using the latest approaches to copy, art.
  • Lead the content writing aspect of creative projects developing human-centric copy that deepens user and brand experience across all in-bound, out-bound and in-flow digital touch points including in app social, web, digital outdoor, experiential and eCRM
  • Work closely with the MKT team to prepare, deploy and optimise high quality content both flagship hero content and always-on content.
  • Work with the Studio team to develop the content for cartoon series on Digital.
  • Apply the latest trends to writing and content publishing for projects with particular focus on preparing clients for a mobile-only mindset
  • Understand our brands and businesses, OTA eco-systems, consumer trends and behaviours and define the best content approach to bring differentiation and impact to projects
  • Be able to flex across different channel types and contexts and adopt the most relevant writing styles including long form copy to maximize content effectiveness
  • Carry out quality assurance of all copy & content at key stages in project development and content creation

  • Passionate about the brand and technology
  • Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in marketing
  • Proactive, honest and trustworthy
  • Be fully confident on how to manage and deploy content on social channels
  • Be fluent in concepting and developing content for all channel types
  • The ability to write in different styles, simultaneously bringing freshness and consistency to projects
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with a can do’ mindset and easygoing attitude
  • Cultural and creative curiosity and a knack for spotting trends and interpreting their relevance for digital brand projects
  • Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage different concepts and projects simultaneously and maintain quality standards
  • Be open to positive and constructive feedback from mentors and peers to continually improve the quality of the work
  • Experience in UI UX content is bonus.
