We are looking team member for our Import Customer Service team at Hai Phong Branch.

This position provides support to customers; POL; POT and Agents / Head office with specific job detail as followings :

  • Arrange Notice of Arrival (NOA) : Check discharge list / pre-list made by PIC of Manifest; Prepare the Template and update to SSC team;
  • Review NOA reports; Send Notice for the change of schedule.

  • Arrange Manifest : Prepare pre-list and update information for A / N; inform POT to adjust by plan; Assign E-manifest ID;
  • Checklist assign E-manifest to Forwarding and Customers who have the need for HBL declaration; Cross check pre-list with the final discharge list to see whether there is any difference with the pre-list to ask pic of A / N to update our customer;
  • Send discharge list to SOC; Send notice for Call closure deadline to POT / POL

  • Finish Manifest : Upload E-manifest, cross-check the information with final discharge list and feedback from import customer;
  • upload manifest for DG and Empty; Submit E-manifest; Send discharge list to port.

  • Support Customers : Check charge collection; Check & answer the phone call, mailbox; Send guidelines to customers for new procedure;
  • Check free time, telex release, Sea Waybill, Freight status, ED / O status

  • Solve any problem within your span of responsibility
  • Admin support if any.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education : College / Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business,...
  • Experiences : : 1-2 years working experience in a similar position in a shipping company or Freight Forwarder
  • Personalities : Patient, Courteous, Persuasive, Customer Service mindset, Proactive and Attentive to details
  • Skills : Problem Solving, Good Communication
  • Language : Good English communication
  • Computer : an intermediate level of MS Office.
