The planning and scheduling function has responsibility for planning and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks and resources administration.
Specific responsibilities are :
Coordinates availability of manpower, parts, material, and equipment in preparation for work execution.
Coordinate with operations / production to designate the time to perform Equipment Maintenance Plan tasks.
Ensure full day workload to technical labor.
Issue and ensure closing of work orders.
Keep up-to-date maintenance records in SAP PM.
Work scheduling by priority.
Report on maintenance performance versus goals.
Maintain records and KPI’s charts.
Job plans and estimates.
Keeps and coordinates for documentation of SOPs and other Work Instruction (PPM’s, One Point Lessons, etc).
Lead Quality / FP&R / EOHS standards are per R&R matrix
Requirements : Education :
BS Degree in Technical field (Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.)
