Main Job Purpose

Orient, develop & improve the quality of company'' human resources.

Deploy Employee relationship policies, managing processes related to Business conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, termination processes, issue resolution, and investigations (if needed), minimize affection from complaint, labor dispute at Company.

Build up and update internal labor policies, regulations and the collective labor agreement.

Challenges In Job

Decrees / Circulars, Laws are always revised, so this request continuously learning, updating new knowledge from the person in charge.

Together with development of Information Technology, employees easily update information of Labor law, this also downside when employees give negative at the Company.

So, keep harmonious relationship between Employee and Employer is one of big challenge of HR nowadays.

Authorization

Follow company authorization matrix.

Relations In Job

Internal : All divisions & BOD.

External : Suppliers, vendors.

Develop and implement HR strategies

Design, develop and consult on training procedure such as template, spreadsheet

Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs that aligns to current and future capability needs of the business.

Participate in organizing, directly training and development programs including employee-oriented programs, working with vendors to choose the most effective training program.

Analyze training needs, training programs to modify & improve its.

Create personal training programs to improve employee skills by evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Design and deliver training & development strategies.

HR & vendors management

Manage all activities within department.

Prepare training budgets and keep expenses stay within budget.

Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content.

Employment Relation

Customize and compile some Policies, Regulations about the Labor Rules, Labor Agreement, Democratic regulations, Disciplinary

Support to Legal Advisory to research, analysis relating legal Document, Decision, Decree, Circular to make the final consultation for Operation Departments to solve relevant issue.

Receive opinion from Employees, answer queries / concern relate to issues under the responsibility of the Human Resources Department, coordinating with department heads in handling labor dispute situations.

Corporate with HODs to conduct a Disciplinary Process for each violation case. Ensures compliance with labor regulations at all levels, in accordance to Vietnam labor laws.

Report, analyze total number of employees who quit of Company / propose solutions to reduce turnover ratio.

Summarize and make HR reports periodically.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant organizations.

Any other expertise tasks as per assignment from Management.

Manage, administer, supervise, assign work to employees belonging to T&D Section, ER Section

Participating in the labor discipline process, claiming compensation for damage according to the authorization, sequence and procedures specified in the Company Labor Rule.

Education

A graduated from University major in Business Development, Human Resource Management

Experience

3 years experiences at same level

Communication

Technical Competency

Experience in working in logistics field or Japanese company is referable

Soft skill Competency

Communicated in English fluently

Analytical & integrating

Good presentation skills

Expert in MS office, MS outlook
