  • Responsible for overall company sales target
  • Build sales strategy and list of potential clients
  • Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly sales plan for the company
  • Closely monitor sales activities and manage team’s performance
  • Responsible for hiring, building and coaching sales members to operate effectively and deliver results
  • Develop and improve detailed system and processes necessary for sales operations
  • Develop and maintain sales training program to maximize results from team members
  • Responsible for target setting for team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Advise CEO on business and organizational matters
  • Other tasks according to assignment from your direct report

  • 2 years of experiences in sales
  • Strong client service mindset, always put client first
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
  • Team player and fun lover
  • Digital marketing experiences preferred
