The opportunity

Assist in managing Change and Communications for the business, while executing strategy as part of Manulife Vietnam’s transformation and employee engagement agenda.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and support change that the organisation is undergoing as part of its shift towards a customer-led operating model.
  • Clearly communicate and promote the Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) model, helping key stakeholders understand and embrace the framework, while supporting the optimisation of people, processes, technology and data across the customer journey.
  • Apply change management approaches, tools and methodology to drive strategy that supports the adoption of changes required by key stakeholders.
  • Understand and align to the business strategy to develop impactful change events and experiences that showcase the internal culture and embrace corporate objectives.
  • Asses the change and communications needs of the business, projects, work streams and provide consultation and support where appropriate to help grow and mature the transformation.
  • Create and deliver memorable communications that build and nurture a change mindset, drive engagement, create buzz, utilise new and existing channels and tools, and enable a culture of engaged participation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and manage internal communications strategy, as well as work closely with different departments and teams to support the communications needs of the business.
  • Focus on engaging with employees through the creation and distribution of content through storytelling and strategic content.
  • Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision and brand, while also aligning across engagement and strategic Regional and Global activities.
  • Plan and develop corporate communication across functions & departments, while improving penetration of internal communications key messages to all staff.
  • Embrace a cost-conscious approach to communications activities and deliver effective budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
  • Partner with Public Relations in identifying opportunities to tell our stories more broadly to our customers, industry and distribution teams.
  • Work with the in-house design team and events team to create a cohesive look and feel across activities, while incorporating the Manulife brand guidelines.
  • Follow approved internal processes and procedures while ensuring invoices, expenses and bills for payment are made in a timely fashion.
