Lead team members on business development efforts for social sellers with the aim to drive commercial growth for both the cluster and platform
Ensure that overall targets for clusters are met through managing the performance of sub-teams
Oversee and monitors the execution of campaigns and initiatives for social sellers
Work closely with other internal stakeholders, including SKAM program management team, and provide insights to enhance campaigns and programs for social sellers
Supports the execution of any internal business or process improvement projects
Develop and maintain relationships with key social sellers which are critical to category
Develop a strong understanding of the social seller landscape, with deep insights on category-specific nuances and trends
Identifies and plans initiatives to improve category and social sellers’ performance better traffic, conversion, etc.)
Requirements :
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a fast paced environment; prefer at least 1-2 years experience in consulting, e-commerce or online marketing.
Experience managing a team
Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses to support business plans / strategies
Comfortable with multi-tasking; able to identify, prioritize and deliver important initiatives
Logical thinking and problem solving skill
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong relationship development and management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
