  • About The Role

    Role Location : Ho Chi Minh City

    Role Type : Permanent, full time

    Your role as the is mainly to provide administrative and operational support for CEO ANZ Vietnam. Some of the key responsibilities include :

  • Plan travel and accommodation for executives and manage catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions hosted by executives, ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Manage the receipt and payment of invoices. Monitor and report executive expenses to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Produce general correspondence, presentations, reports etc. in a confidential nature, on behalf of executives and maintain hard and soft copy filing systems
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve effectiveness and flow of office activities and provide central coordination and 'help desk' services for office administrative and operational services.
  • Support executive in preparation and analysis of business information and data.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -

  • Experience in secretarial and Personal Assistant role
  • Experience in an administrative role in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Able to use initiative. Be proactive by taking action and being persistent in addressing issues
  • Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
