Job overview :
Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within the assigned Retail Brand accounts through their local buying / liaison offices in Vietnam.
Main roles :
To be the interface between the company and Brand local buying offices.
To achieve sales targets and develop business by implementing effective sales pipeline management, providing necessary support to gain and maintain customer satisfaction.
To be a key contact locally in any projects and deployment related to your allocated Brands.
Key responsibilities :
Build and leverage partnership with Buying Offices to develop new business opportunities via new product development, and improve our supply chain efficiency (demand and forecast visibility)
Develop and maintain strong collaboration with our Hong Kong , Europe and US commercial teams for strategy alignment , market insights and sourcing trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction by handling well routine work, KPIs requirements and problem solving.
Collaborate closely with internal teams from Vietnam and overseas regions to ensure smooth program execution and deployment.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 2 years sales experience.
Prefer experience in apparel / footwear manufacturing, merchandising and trim accessory supply.
Fluent in both English.
Good interpersonal skills, responsive and highly self motivated.
Customer oriented, hard worker, trustworthy.
Product knowledge, market intelligence, sales skills, management and leadership competencies.
