KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training Admin tasks :
  • Prepare and support new Trainer
  • Support training class activities according to Training Plan to ensure accurate and timely processing of :
  • Define a list of participant
  • Enrollment
  • Coordinate and provide training tools and materials
  • Making data report of training activities
  • Claim red invoice with Accountant for all training courses’ costs
  • Training reports
  • Manage training tools and equipment to prevent the risk of loss or damage.
  • Consolidate OT list for Trainers (if any)
  • Plan Training plan for the upcoming month
  • Other related duties requested by line manager.
  • QC Admin tasks :
  • Prepare and support new QC
  • Raise tickets with IT in case the system get incidents
  • Consolidate OT list for QC (if any)
  • Plan QC plan for upcoming week and month
  • Consolidate QC weekly / monthly reports
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education : At least graduated from College
  • Experience : At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Priority setting

    Communication (in writing & orally), Cooperation

    Problem-solving

  • Technical skills :
  • Be familiar with MS. Word, Excel

    Be able to communicate in English at a basic level

    Be familiar to work with databases.

  • Customer Oriented :
  • Willing to learn and apply new knowledge

    Well-organized, Careful

    Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working environment
