Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for organizing the Software Development team and managing the development process of multiple software projects. The detail as below :
Participate in projects developing web application for Oil and Gas clients.
Manage software development project including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
Co-ordinate with Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing request
Co-ordinate with Technical Architect in project technical matter
Co-ordinate with IT / Admin department for infrastructure setup if requested : network connectivity, office space, etc.
Co-ordinate with QA group to define / tailoring software development process, guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized and ensure the strict implementation of the process in compliance with ISO 9001 & CMM standards
Co-ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
Organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
Produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc)
Approve leave requests for all project’s subordinates
Participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project’s members
Participate in company’s soft skill training or workshop
Perform other tasks requested by BOD
Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning
Job Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of application development experience in respective platform.
University degree, preferably in IT field PMP certificate is preferable
Fluent English to communicate directly with onshore and client
Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile / Scrum, Waterfall )
Experience of at least one software development lifecycle and is familiar with others
Experience of managing fixed price project
Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept
Project management, Problem solving skills
Proactive, can do attitude
High sense of organization and responsibility
Interpersonal skill, able to work independently
