Develop marketing plan, cycle action plan for the assigned products & co-operates with field force to implement it successfully

Build close working relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations

Provide training to the field force on relevant products’ and disease knowledge

Prepare monthly reports which includes analysis on product’s performance vs. target, implementation of promotional activities, information on market situation, proposed plan of action for next month

Support the field force in their daily works for the matters related to marketing aspect such as meeting KOLs, product presentation at major events, etc

Responsible for A&P expenses for the assigned products. Ensure expenses are within the approved budget

Organize promotional activities and prepare promotional materials accordingly to the approved plan.

Maintain close and harmonic relationship with customers

Maintain high level of product and medical knowledge

Report to line manager regularly on matters regarding market situation competitor’s activities, health related policy and response from doctors in relation to Ferring products

Forecasting orders of products

Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Role related Qualifications / Skills :

  • Pharmacist or medical doctor. BSc in Business or MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 - 4 year experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Minimum 2 - 3 year experience in marketing (Preferably as Product Specialist, Product Executive or Product Manager)
  • English fluency
  • Microsoft office fluency
  • Performance Indicators :

    Market share achieved. Volume of sales.

  • Ability to multi-task - to plan, organize and prioritize work to effectively meet deadlines
  • Creative in thinking, planning and execution of multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand management concept and framework
  • Experience in launching a Pharmaceutical Brand in Vietnam will be an added advantage
  • Understand Vietnam pharmaceutical industry regulation laws Code of conduct
  • Networking : KOLs- Decision makers
  • Understand thorough tender and hospital listing process
  • Presentable with a positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere with flexible attitude to work
