Educe is looking for a part time/full time Customer Success Executive.


  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure consistent customer service is offered
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Generate sales leads
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Must be fluent in both English (IELTS 7) and Vietnamese 
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Proficient in using Office programs
  • Adopt new technological tools quickly and effectively
  • Be interested in the field of education 
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work well independently and with a team
