Educe is looking for a part time/full time Customer Success Executive.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Work closely with other teams to ensure consistent customer service is offered
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Generate sales leads
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be fluent in both English (IELTS 7) and Vietnamese
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Proficient in using Office programs
- Adopt new technological tools quickly and effectively
- Be interested in the field of education
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Be able to work well independently and with a team
- A dynamic remote work environment
