The Job

Collaborate with business users to define analytics, reporting and automation solutions that meet business needs and work with the tech team to see those solutions through completion.

Determine opportunities for process improvement using different technologies and spearhead implementation of projects deemed necessary to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner with various business units as a discussion partner to plan, strategize, and grow the business by enabling data-driven decision-making

Develop ad hoc analyses, reports, and actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to management.

Serve as a data & insights consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights for our internal clients.

Create automation for key operational processes to drive process efficiency

Help drive data accuracy and consistency in data and reporting.

Drive the standardization of data metrics and KPIs leveraging business process and data knowledge.

Coach users on best-practice use of data and analytics and assist users in finding the right information.

Train and provide support to users of BI reporting infrastructure

Skills and Requirements we need :

It's awesome if you have :

Experiment in Metabase or other open-source BI tools is preferred

Ability to build a data warehouse to fit business requirements

Hand-on in processing and / or ETL tasks in Python (Dataframe, SQLite, Numpy, ...)

Been to several projects from the beginning.
