  • Main customers are Japanese companies
  • Compile Documents regarding services of the Company in compliance with logistics business requirements, in compliance with Governmental and related authority Regulations and international rules.
  • Follow Customer Support Operation within laid down procedures issued by The Company (Internal Payment, Control of Internal document procedure...).
  • Keep contact, follow information of cargo from top to toe within authority.
  • Compile periodically reports on the results of job assignments and total sales volume to CS Manager as request.
  • Other duties as assigned by direct Manager and / or Board of Director.
  • Keep dead line for all assigned jobs.
  • Follow up all internal regulation of the Company.
  • Propose in promotion to enhance workflow regarding documentation & customer service to Direct Manager.
  • Be enjoyed stipulated rights according to Labor contract, Company related regulation and Labor Law.

  • COVID-19 measures have reduced working hours. The normal hours are 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm,
  • but if you commute to work by bus route pick-up and drop-off, you will arrive at work at

    7 : 40 am and the bus leaves at 4 : 40 pm in the evening.

  • Meal times are usually 12 : 00-1 : 00 p.m., but are now set from 11 : 30 a.m. to 1 : 00 p.m. Now the lunch break is set for a longer break.
  • Job requirements :

  • PC skills Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of trade, import / export and customs clearance.
  • English skill : Intermediate.
  • Prefer the person who have Japanese speaking skill
  • Good communication, discussion, negotiation skill.
  • Customer care skill.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
