Job description :
Main customers are Japanese companies
Compile Documents regarding services of the Company in compliance with logistics business requirements, in compliance with Governmental and related authority Regulations and international rules.
Follow Customer Support Operation within laid down procedures issued by The Company (Internal Payment, Control of Internal document procedure...).
Keep contact, follow information of cargo from top to toe within authority.
Compile periodically reports on the results of job assignments and total sales volume to CS Manager as request.
Other duties as assigned by direct Manager and / or Board of Director.
Keep dead line for all assigned jobs.
Follow up all internal regulation of the Company.
Propose in promotion to enhance workflow regarding documentation & customer service to Direct Manager.
Be enjoyed stipulated rights according to Labor contract, Company related regulation and Labor Law.
Annual company trip
COVID-19 measures have reduced working hours. The normal hours are 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm,
but if you commute to work by bus route pick-up and drop-off, you will arrive at work at
7 : 40 am and the bus leaves at 4 : 40 pm in the evening.
Meal times are usually 12 : 00-1 : 00 p.m., but are now set from 11 : 30 a.m. to 1 : 00 p.m. Now the lunch break is set for a longer break.
Job requirements :
PC skills Word, Excel.
Knowledge of trade, import / export and customs clearance.
English skill : Intermediate.
Prefer the person who have Japanese speaking skill
Good communication, discussion, negotiation skill.
Customer care skill.
Able to work under high pressure.
