    Roles & Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Ability to generate credible leads and pursue them for generating new business.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • The Profile

  • Diploma / Degree with MBA and up to 8-10 years of experience of doing business development in markets like Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
  • Intensive software solutions knowledge with experience of working with BI, IOT, Analytics, cloud transformation, ERP, Engineering and other Business
  • Applications software in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, aerospace, and Pharma is a pre- requisite.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Agile Methodologies
  • Presales or Business Development Consultants from niche software or system integrators seeking career change can be considered.
