Roles & Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Ability to generate credible leads and pursue them for generating new business.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback
The Profile
Diploma / Degree with MBA and up to 8-10 years of experience of doing business development in markets like Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Intensive software solutions knowledge with experience of working with BI, IOT, Analytics, cloud transformation, ERP, Engineering and other Business
Applications software in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, aerospace, and Pharma is a pre- requisite.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Agile Methodologies
Presales or Business Development Consultants from niche software or system integrators seeking career change can be considered.
