Summary : This position is responsible for expanding market share, increasing sales volume, and ensuring delivery products smoothly and on schedule

Report to : Division Manager Performance objectives :
1. Complete monthly project report to Product Manager
Keep updated list of current or potential projects in agreed upon format
Collect, update and analyze customer’s data, competitors’ and market movement
2. Manage customers, suppliers & partners relationship
Seek new customers monthly to achieve the sales target
Identify key clients’ status and suppliers’ complaints, and bottlenecks.
Proactive provide solutions to improve performance.
Manage big projects and control installation workers
3. Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivables
Prospect, cost, negotiate and draft sales contracts. Identify the key issues and propose appropriate solutions
Follow-up and update on every single quote-out to clients with clear execution plan
Cooperate with cross-functional divisions to ensure receivables are collected as well as products are delivered accurately and timely.
4. Master product knowledge and deliver to new team members
Identify the current status and proactively outline plan for the specific objectives
Assure master product knowledge is updated
Work with Division Manager for calendar based monthly or quarterly training plan
Requirements :
Minimum one-year related experience in construction, interior, hotel or restaurant field
Good presentation and communication both in English and Vietnamese
Proactive attitude, business mindset, passion for sales
Self-directed, good problem-solving and team-working
