Work with clients to identify requirements as offshore product manager, plan and monitor overall project progress.

Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Review project tracker to ensure data entered by each person, and hours entered correctly.

Review expected / actual dates and highlight deltas each day, with potential remediation options if available.

Ensure dashboards are up to date.

Generate a daily report for client review.

Pull monthly summaries and ensure they reconcile and are accurate.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Work closely with engineering teams.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
