Job Description
Our client is a fast growing startup company in technology industry who is looking for potential candidate to join their firm :
Responsible for the overall management of the company, including strategies, day-to-day operations, and performance goals.
Develop and implement business strategic strategies that are in line with the companys vision.
Develop and validate product features and business models, as well as testing strategic assumptions
Manage the entire companys objectives and key results (product, learning design, content production, marketing, finance, people, processes, etc)
Create, implement, and update financial and resource allocation strategies.
Recruit, manage, coach, and encourage high-performing personnel in accordance with Corporate Values to achieve ambitious corporate goals.
Oversee daily operations while achieving your personal objectives. Assign quarterly performance goals and ensure their achievement.
Review and improve organizational effectiveness through designing processes, supervising personnel, providing a high-energy work atmosphere, and devising new ways to improve.
Participate in broader corporate strategic planning with other Portfolios and Functions.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience (Business Owner / Product Manager) in product-oriented environment.
Experience in a start-up technology company is a plus
Proven ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Well-versed in business skills to develop strategies, build business models and craft business plans
Track record in strategising product roadmap, and developing successful products for the masses.
Knowledge in marketing strategies, performance marketing skill is an advantage
Experience to develop and maintain financial plans (Budget, P&L, Cashflow)
Good command of spoken & written English
Working experience related to technology / mobile / education industry is a plus
