1. Strong Secretarial background and good exposure so as to implement all new practices.
2. Provide secretarial support to the General Director by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors, setting meeting with various department, etc.,
3. Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by the General Director including the status thereof.
4. Coordinate with Administration, arrangements & follow up as per instruction of the General Director.
5. Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the General Director’s Office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same.
6. Set-up and maintain General Director’s Office correspondence files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality.
7. Compile daily E-Mails received in company ID and submit summary report to General Director.
8. Collect reports from various departments; submit consolidated reports to the General Director.
9. Prioritize & follow through on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
2. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in any discipline with 7 -10 years prior experience preferably secretarial background
2. Working in aviation industry is preferable
3. Minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
