Position Purpose :
Directly report to the CEO, your key role is to expand market share. You will be representing the company and will be dedicated to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities :
Build business success by identifying, approaching, qualifying, and selling to potential accounts
Analyze business opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
Approve and control the sales contract at the Company under the provisions of the Company
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by providing information, support and guidance
Facilitate Sales Department to boost sales for the current products
Responsible for planning, reaching, exceeding sales quotas and coaching for the team
Other activities relating to the company's strategic partners / customers.
Requirements :
At least 5 years experiences of the same or equal position in B2B Software sales with proven track of records
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, leadership skills
Good command of English
Expert in handling the whole sales process, negotiating, closing deals, and strongly motivated to create values to customers
Have experiences in client development, project implementation, product development related to software is plus
Strong network in FMCG, consumer goods, logistics industry is preferred
Persistent, strongly self-motivated, and a burning desire to succeed
