The day-to-day activities :
Prepare campaign and data brief, present them to internal stakeholders with clarity
Proactive coordination of marketing campaigns across all elements of marketing mix
Execute tailored and targeted local tactical and strategic campaigns
Tailoring communications messages in each campaign to connect relevant targeted personas and segmentation
Assist in insight analysis from research, market understanding and campaign post mortem
Champion Grab delivery-partner identify and brand, ensure messaging, positioning, tone of voice and visual identity
Work closely with Creative team, Media Agency and production to deliver great collaterals that make an impact.
Manage the marketing funnel from Awareness, Interest, Desire to ultimately Conversion.
Critical to be able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across departments with ability to manage and work under challenging timelines.
The Must Haves :
Possess at least a Bachelor’s in Marketing or BBA
1-2 years of marketing / campaign management experience (either in Consumer, B2B or both)
Personable, presentable and ability to articulate well
Critical and analytical thinking skills with sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning
Ability to deliver revenue or profit growth initiatives
Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel
Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
Understanding of Google Analytics, Eloqua, Mailchimp, LeanPlum (or any data analysis software) a plus
Ability to use Adobe Suite or production software a plus
