1. To understand the philosophy and culture of the company, practice on daily basis during the Q up to support the Vision, Mission and Company Objectives.
5. Must be able to explain our products to our clients and answer any queries they may have from stock availability and details of special offers to a product’s price.
6. To handle complaints from clients and find solutions to resolve the complaints
7. To work a team
