JOB DESCRIPTION : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities : Branding

Brand communication

  • Provide end-to-end project management, planning and monitoring for rebranding projects of food supplements, pharmaceutical products.
  • Joining all brand teams in building brand communication strategies across channels, integrating their brand communication strategies with country projects.
  • Develop and implement local integrated marketing communications campaigns of strategic relaunched products to customers or consumers based on in-
  • depth understanding of business and customer insights.

  • Lead development all products’ visual identity including a number of packaging and brand collaterals of existing and new launch products.
  • Work with cross functions from office and factory, and creative agencies to ensure all packaging developed and delivered on time with high quality.
  • Frequently provide corporate branding training to marketing teams and other related stakeholders to ensure company premium branding.
  • Communicate with regional and global marketing and trademark team for related branding projects.
  • Analyze and highlight potential risks to teams, seek for opportunities for improvement and initiatives.
  • Lead design team. Ensure excellence in execution.
  • Projects

  • Lead added-value healthcare service tools including assets development, content marketing development, implementation and reports analytics.
  • Create new ways of working and lead project process aligned with brand managers to meet country timeline.
  • Have all assets approved by legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, medical and other internal / external business partners.
  • Implement multi-channel customer engagement projects assigned such as SMS video, email marketing, webcast.
  • Understand digital marketing such as mobile application, website, social media.
  • Implement Digital & PR campaigns for projects assigned.
  • Skills & Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in high-growth MNC company
  • Experienced in planning, operations, project management, customer services.
  • Results-oriented with ability to execute both tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
  • Outstanding spoken and written English command
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, time management, analytical and leadership skills.
